At Take Care of Business (TCB), we’re more than just an insurance agency—we’re a family. Our office culture is built on genuine care, trust, and teamwork. We’re a close-knit group who not only work together but also spend time together outside of the office, sharing laughs, celebrating milestones, and supporting one another through life’s ups and downs.
OUR TEAM
JB is a passionate member of our team. A former cross-country runner at La Salle University in Philadelphia, he later earned his master's degree at Syracuse University and contributed to the success of the men's cross-country team as a coach. Outside of his professional life, JB is a die-hard Notre Dame fan, often found cheering on his favorite team. When he's not working, he enjoys singing karaoke and cherishing time with his pride and joy—his kids, Molly and Ciaran.
Shawn has been dedicated to helping clients navigate insurance options since 2018. A proud graduate of Barton College and a former collegiate baseball player, he brings the same discipline and commitment to his work that he once showcased on the field. Outside of work, he enjoys being physically active, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his loving wife, Peyton.
A proud Long Island native, Greg Botte joined our team in 2023, bringing that classic New York energy to the office. Known for his no-nonsense, hands-on approach, Greg is a car enthusiast who owns a 1955 Chevy and a 1961 Impala. When he's not closing deals, you'll find him at car shows or keeping his three kids busy with various activities. Greg’s all about getting things done face-to-face and making things happen.

Pratt Maynard

Pratt Maynard joined our team in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience both on and off the field. A graduate of North Carolina State University (NCSU), Pratt was an accomplished college baseball player, earning ACC Catcher of the Year honors and being drafted by the LA Dodgers in the 3rd round after his junior season. After several years in the minor leagues, Pratt decided to make a career shift and pursue success in the insurance industry. Outside of work, Pratt is an avid golfer and is an all-around awesome addition to our office.
